They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain ilnlesses or during pregnancy. HOW TO USE: Take as direcetd. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products.

Consult your pharmacist. Chewable tabelts must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water. Timed-release capsules or tablets must be swallowed whole. SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste. Consult your doctor if any of thsee effects persist or become severe.
